Do you accept refunds or returns?

We apologize but, we cannot accept refunds at this time.  If there was a problem with your order please click email below and we will do everything we can to fix it for you! Customer service is huge with us and we want to make sure your experience with us is a great one!

I really love your work, but I just can't afford it all up front. Do you take payment plans?

We do! We understand most people are on a budget, so we offer a couple different options for payments. The first is just a deposit of half of your total, the other half due before ship-out. With this option your item gets started immediately pending your spot in the list. The second option is three payments; this one would take your total and divide it by 3, possibly rounding up or down to be an even total - your first payment secures your item, but the item will not be started until the second payment, last payment due before ship-out. The last option for a payment plan is four installments. Same as the three installment plan, except your item will not be started until the third payment, last payment due out on ship-out.

Do you do custom work?

Customs are what we thrive on! we just love making people their own one of a kind piece or matching set! They're an absolute conversation starter for your friends and we don't duplicate any work done. Every piece is the only one. Customs can take between 2-3 weeks to complete.

Can anyone become a Ghoulie?

Absolutely! If you're interested in joining, click the Ghoulies tab below and follow the directions listed!  Our Ghoulies are more than just our company reps, they've become like our little family.  Everyone involved is such a sweetheart and incredibly welcoming to newcomers!  We just love seeing the group grow.

Welcome to Creations From The Crypt!  We're a small at home husband and wife team who started this business making you custom one of a kind bongs, stash jars, boxes and more!  We're so excited to make you a piece everyone is bound to love for years to come!  We've been doing this for a little over a decade, but just recently had the idea to turn it into a business!  We look forward to doing business with you!  If you're not into something custom or just don't know what you'd want, we do have some pre-made items already up for sale so, make sure you check those out!
